Eaglestone advises on Lesedi and Letsatsi power projects on their debt refinancing in South Africa

Eaglestone is pleased to announce that it has acted as financial advisor to the Lesedi and Letsatsi Power Projects on their debt refinancings in South Africa, which achieved financial close in June 2023. Eaglestone advised the Lesedi and Letsatsi Power Projects on its initial financial close in 2012, both projects have been successfully operating since 2014.

These transactions mark another important milestone for Eaglestone, as it has closed 5 debt refinancings of renewable energy projects in South Africa over the last 12 months. During the same period Eaglestone also advised on the closing of 453 MW of wind energy projects.
