Eaglestone's people are the firm's most valuable asset and are critical to our successTyler joined Eaglestone in 2023 and holds a Bachelors Degree (Honours) in Financial Economics and Investment Management.
Tyler’s previous experience includes extensive work across the various Corporate Finance Advisory spheres, including Buy-Side and Sell-Side Mergers and Acquisitions and Capital Raising transactions.
Prior to joining Eaglestone, Tyler worked at Merchantec Capital in the Corporate Finance Advisory division with a particular focus on M&A, Deal Origination and Debt Capital Raising.
He has supported numerous M&A strategies, in the implementation and facilitation of transactions, reviewing of transaction agreements such as Sale Purchase Agreements (SPAs), further to this he has analysed company financial statements and performed subsequent company valuations for a myriad of companies in the technology and industrial private sector market.
