Madapu Nhlapo

Madapu joined Eaglestone in 2021. Prior to Eaglestone, Madapu worked at the Land Bank, Macquarie, EY, EDF Energy and the Water Industry Commission for Scotland where he had various roles as a transaction advisor and investment specialist.

He is a CFA charter holder with over 12 years experience in providing advice to both public and private sector clients in relation to fund raising, commercial, strategic and regulatory reviews for major infrastructure projects. His expertise focuses on transport, ICT, water, ports, power, renewable and gas sectors.

Madapu´s experience includes financial modelling and transaction advisory of over 15 Wind and Solar Projects for private developers bidding for both public and corporate procurement programs for renewable energy. He was part of the team of transaction advisors on the development of a midstream gas infrastructure project in South Africa. Madapu has undertaken the operationalisation of Project Finance and PPP models for numerous toll road, power and ICT Projects.
