Eaglestone's people are the firm's most valuable asset and are critical to our successLuis Caetano has been Director of Real Estate Funds at Eaglestone Capital SGOIC since 2022. With more than 20 years of experience, he held positions in Property Management, Facilities Management, project coordination, management of multidisciplinary teams in executing projects.
His experience covers several areas of Engineering and Management, with emphasis on the areas of Petroleum, Telecommunications, Civil, Insurance and Project Management, team management, monitoring of works, preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings. Luis led the expansion projects of stores and agencies of the largest telecommunications and insurance companies in Angola.
Before joining Eaglestone Capital, SGOIC, Luis worked at ENSA Seguros de Angola, S.A. as Director of the Real Estate division and later as a senior consultant, as Owner of the Initiative to Create the Real Estate Investment Fund culminated in FUNDINVEST – Closed Real Estate Investment Fund.
Luis has a degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Ceará (Brazil) and a masters in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Geotechnics, from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil).
