His previous professional experience includes the area of Public Procurement.
Before joining Eaglestone, Alexandre worked in the Department of Administration and Finance of the National Institute of Employment and Vocational Training (INEFOP) as a technician responsible for monitoring the Public Procurement procedures, having the responsibility in the preparation of the parts of the procedures, to ensure the practice of the inherent administrative acts that comprise the physical and financial execution of the contracts until their extinction, as well as the processing of all information regarding the contracts.
Alexandre holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Angola, a post-graduate degree in Financial Markets from the Center for Studies of Legal-Economic and Social Sciences of the Agostinho Neto University.
