Eaglestone Advises ACED and EIMS on the Umsinde Emoyeni Wind Farm Project

Eaglestone is pleased to announce that it was the financial advisor of African Clean Energy Developments (ACED) and Energy Infrastructure Management Services (EIMS), the renewable energy project development and asset management divisions of African Infrastructure Investment Managers (AIIM), on the Umsinde Emoyeni Wind Farm which achieved Financial Close on 28 May 2024.

The 140 MW wind farm will supply energy to Sibanye-Stillwater through a long-term PPA and an Eskom wheeling arrangement.
